Oh my goodness, Addison was just so so cute. She came to me because a mutual friend Sophie had used me for years, and I was so happy she found me! She (and her family) were just the nicest people ever. Addison is one of those naturally lovely, easy going girls. She wanted something simple yet pretty. She saw herself in a pretty field with a few flowers and mixing it up with maybe a few city shots. So I do what I do and gave her the best of both. ;)
In the last couple of years, there's been a trend where all the girlies have transitioned from fall boots, leaves, scarves, and sweaters to the warm sunshine, flowers, and sundresses. I gotta admit, I like it. Not only is my once quiet spring now insanely busy, but it just lends to the most beautiful, happy photos.
To mix things up, we headed to downtown Charlotte for some art and color. Addison's mom is an amazing interior designer and has an appreciation for creatives. One of her personal work friends happens to be the one and only Windy O'Connor, so we of course included a beautiful piece of hers as a backdrop.
And of course, with every Wildflower Senior Experience, I include enough time to grab a few family photos before your senior heads off into college and adulthood. Addison's adorable fam did just this, and we got SO lucky. Camp North End was in the process of adding a private cocktail area, but it wasn't quite open yet. They happened to leave a gate open, so we took advantage and got the BEST views of the most beautiful skyline sunset.
It was an absolute blast capturing Addison's senior photos, and I'm so excited for her next few years at TCU!
