The first day I met Carissa was an interesting turn of events. lol I was having a nice slow Sunday morning. I was sipping coffee in my pjs when my dogs start barking. I look out the window and realize "OMG I FORGOT I HAVE A CONSULTATION!!!" In the 10+ years I've been doingl this, I've never forgotten a client before. My husband raced downstairs to make sure my office was set up properly while I grabbed whatever non-pajama clothes I could find. LOL Y'all I was shaking. It was the worst feeling ever and not a proud moment of mine. hahaha Thankfully Carissa and her mom were so gracious and thought it was hilarious instead of unprofessional. And that should tell you how well the session went, because they are seriously the nicest humans.
Carissa really wanted a pretty spring vibe with some green and maybe some flowers if we could find any. Just in case, they brought their own huge bucket full of beautiful flowers to use.
Our second stop... you guessed it, lol... Camp North End! I hope with all these different seniors using this location over the years, you've noticed that each has their own style and take on the area. Even if I'm using the same locations, I never want it to feel stale or overdone. So every senior will have a different look no matter where we go!
As always, each senior shoot includes enough time to grab a few family photos, so we made sure to incorporate that into Carissa's. I loved that the family opted to go with the Clemson theme even with the pups. Seriously the cutest!!
Carissa wanted to grab a few photos of her in her tennis gear. We asked if she was pretty good, and she said "yeah, I'm alright". Her dad later told us she's the captain of the team and has won championships!
Carissa and her family were seriously so incredibly wonderful to work with. She's so cute and I had the best time photographing her! I hope she has the most amazing time at Clemson!!
