For those that have been following me throughout the years, you'll very likely recognize this guy and his family. They're one of my originals. Since seniors take up the bulk of my year, I don't really offer family sessions anymore (one of the reasons I started including family photos in each Senior Experience option). But the Howard family was one of my very first portfolio building sessions, and they've been with me ever since.
As hard as it is to believe, their oldest Jack is graduating from NC State this year. I swear those 4 years FLEW. So we made a little road trip to the college campus and grabbed some graduation photos for Jack.
We met up a little early to get some solo shots of Jack and his parents, and the rest of the family joined. It was pretty special for me to see how much they've all grown over the years. I did the littlest's newborn photos. ;)
After grabbing plenty of cap and gown graduation photos for Jack, we headed to Museum Park where there's lots of cool structures, art, and trails. I honestly could've spent hours here exploring different parts of this place. So for any future NC State grads, keep this in mind if you hire me to come up and grab some photos! ;)
Melanie has always done a phenomenal job of coordinating her crew. They always look so great together while keeping with their own styles.
The most entertaining part is seeing how their sibling relationships have all stayed pretty much the same as they've grown up. The boys like to goof off and have fun, while the girls tend to pose and interact for photos as girls often do. Jack has always been the climber of the family. I have so many photos of him climbing in a barn, scaling walls, balancing on random objects... it's pretty hilarious. I never know how he's going to incorporate it, but he never disappoints. lol
This family is just so precious, and I'm very honored they've stuck with me all these years. Can't wait to see what Jack's future holds as he enters into the world of grownup-villa! ;)
