If you thought I have a good time on a regular senior session, then you better believe I have twice the fun when I get TWINS! Karleigh and Savannah are just the sweetest breath of fresh air. Both are absolute sunshine and such a delight to work with.
If you're not aware yet, the Wildflower Senior Experience includes up to three locations. While I will 100% get amazing photos no matter where or how many places we go, adding a couple different location options will give you a lot of variety and really capture your whole personality and style. When it comes to twins, it's especially important to me to make sure I document each one separately. Obviously they're used to sharing the spotlight, but even if we do a combo shoot, I never want their photos to feel the same. Each of you is so unique and awesome, and twin sessions are no exception.
They each wanted to make sure we incorporated locations that reflected their individual tastes. Karleigh wanted a garden/nature type vibe and they both liked the idea of going uptown. So we began with the garden...
Next we headed for uptown Charlotte for some fun city shots. They both decided to make it fancy and brought their prom dresses for this portion. Seriously so gorgeous!! They also brought their graduation caps to use for a few photos. You can tell from their images just how precious and happy these two are. They just radiate positivity, you can't help but match their energy!
Next we switched the vibe up a little bit and went over to Camp North End for some of my favorites from this twin session. Karleigh and Savannah are both in theater and wanted to somehow incorporate that artsier side of them. Also I'm obsessed with the outfits they chose for this. Both are Anthropologie and just fit the whole aesthetic. And if you haven't noticed yet, Karleigh wanted to change up her hairstyle a bit throughout the shoot. Just this simple step gave her even more variety to her looks. They also happen to be dancers, and while they didn't want to go full out with the whole ballerina thing, they did want to find a way to kind of include that piece of their growing up years. And of course, mom was so freaking adorable and just as nice as her girls, I had to get a couple with her too! :)
