I've been photographing Adam's family for several years now, and each time is something special. Adam is the third of four boys, and I was so excited it was his turn for senior photos! Adam chose Uptown Charlotte for his location, which provides the ultimate blend of fun and class. Perfect for Adam.
It's interesting to get each of these boys on their own. When they're together, they're goofy and hilarious. But when I have the attention turned on just one of them, their individual personalities really show up. Adam is smart, athletic, a little quieter, and super photogenic. He's up for pretty much anything too, which y'all know I love.
Because his first outfit was more casual, I decided to start him out easy with the obvious "sit by a fountain", then let his personality show up a little more (ie. climb stuff), and of course eventually end up throwing in my own style with the more gritty, model style photos.
Ok pause... speaking to my guys here for a quick sec...
If your mom is begging you to do this whole senior photo thing, specifically with me, then listen in for a minute. I 100% promise that I won't force you to do anything you're uncomfortable with. Zero cheese factor with me. I'm not going to show up with 2022 balloons or throw you in a fake photoshop stadium backdrop (unless you ask me to). I'm here to capture YOU. Any guys you see on my office walls, website, or instagram feed are all naturally captured. It's them. So trust me. I won't make you look lame, I promise. ;) Just ask Adam who repeatedly shows up in front of my camera. Eventually rocking a retro look. Stay tuned.
Okay so side note... how great does Adam look in purple?
Anyways, it was truly such an honor of course to photograph this guy over the years, but to ultimately document Adam's Uptown Charlotte Senior Photos. He did such an amazing job, and I'm so happy his family loved them so much.
