Being somewhat newer to the Charlotte, NC area, Jaxon's mom took the advice of a friend and current client of mine and contacted me for her son Jaxon's senior pictures. Fun story... we ended up meeting at the location on his session date and were greeted with scary looking dark clouds which were already starting to give way to rain. Thankfully they were very flexible, and we met a day later which turned out to be perfect. While most guys tend to do the whole senior picture thing for mom, I tell every single parent that it's incredibly rare for them to not end up having fun! Jaxon was no exception when he showed up with a good attitude and a smile.
Since baseball has been such a huge part of Jaxon's life, they definitely wanted to incorporate that somehow. We headed to Charlotte Christian's campus and ball field to grab a few shots. That's when I discovered he had a really awesome jeep just sitting at home! Thankfully they didn't live too far away, so his dad drove it over. We got some awesome night time shots of him with it. This is one of those things that I encourage seniors to include if their car is special to them. It doesn't have to be fancy either! Dude, my husband drove an old Chevy Lumina in high school. We had to wait for the transmission to kick in half the time! LOL. But it was his high school car, and we still talk about it. These are the types of shots you'll want to have when you're 34 and "old". haha
